1. What if I want to taste your cakes?

   I offer tastings done in my place of business. I provide two flavors with two flavor icings. If you are interested in additional flavors/icings/fillings there will be a charge. Please contact me for further information.
   

2. Do you deliver? and how much will it cost?

   Yes, at a additional cost. The cost will range from location to location. Locations within the Five boroughs of NYC (Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn & Queens) will be charged by cab fare rates. Locations outside of NYC will be charged $1.50 per mile.
   

3. How much time do you require before I place my order?

   I require at least 2-3 weeks notice, weddings should be placed months in advance. I do take last minute orders, depending on my schedule being free or having cancellations. Do not hestitate to ask.
   

4. Is a deposit required? When is it due? What kind of payments do you accept?

   Yes, a 40% deposit is required for all orders, to hold your spot, which is due once you place your order. Any order above $100 requires 50% deposit.
   

   I accept cash, check, or Paypal.  PayPal allows you to pay via credit card, debit from your bank, or with a PayPal balance.   If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be e-mailed an  invoice with a link to pay securely on PayPal after we have worked out the details of your  cake.  You do not need to have an existing account with them to pay the invoice.

   
   

5. What kind of Fondant do you use?

   I use homemade MMF (Marshmellow Fondant), at times but very rare cases I use Satin Ice fondant.
   

6. Can I have more than one cake flavor for my order?

   Yes, you can. At NO ADDITIONAL COST! It is only additional when you change or add icings/fillings.

8. What is your Refund/ Cancellation policy?

   If order is canceled deposit will be forfeited. Please read the updated information regarding refund/cancellation policy. Link is on the home page. Also it is stated on every invoice sent out.
   

9. Do you make picture cakes?

   Yes, at a additional cost. Price will vary depending on the picture required.
   

10. I am interested in taking Cake Decorating classes, do you offer them?

    Yes, I do offer this classes individual or group. For cost please contact me.
    

11. If I want to pick up my cake, will it be safe?

    Yes, at Annie's Creations I provide my customers with a box that the cake will be safely secured. I will also provide my costumers with instructions on how to prevent any mis-haps from happening with the transportation of the cake. However, the cake is and will be your responsibility after you leave with your order. If you still do not feel secure you can always have the cake delivered with the additional cost.
    

12. How do I schedule a consultation?

13. Can I sketch my own cake?

    Yes, you are more than welcome to do so. I must mention that sometimes it is not possible to do certain things but I will do my best to accommidate my customers.
    

14. I have a budget for my cake, can you work with me with that?

    Yes, I can. But please keep in mind certain things might not be possible as they cost money to do them and take time to do them as well. And we might have to discuss the size. In any event, we can discuss any concerns that you may have and here at Annie's Creations I provide my customers with comfort and happiness!
    

15. Are your cakes fresh?

    At Annie's Creations, I bake my cakes 1 - 2 days before the order. Many cake decorators bake weeks in advance. This is one of many things that set me apart from other decorators. My baking area is clean and sanitary.
